Year 2, Day 150: Collaboration

Yesterday, PBP had its first meeting in our new space at Devine Legacy in Phoenix.  It’s part of the Native American Connections here in Phoenix. Native Connections began in 1972 providing housing for Native Americans recovering from addiction.   Today, Native Connections has 9 housing complexes for low-income housing for all people.  They have support programs for the homeless, recovering addicts, and teens.  They “improve the lives of people and families through Native American culturally appropriate behavioral health, affordable housing, and community development services”.

NAC is allowing us to use this beautiful meeting space for as long as we want, and we will also have many opportunities to partner with them in different community service events.
